NEWBURY FLATS CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING AND RIBBON CUTTING 

IN NEW TOWN ST. CHARLES

ST. CHARLES, MO — The St. Charles Regional Chamber joined local officials, community members, and leadership from Engage Management on Thursday, August 27th, to host an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Newbury Flats, the newest residential development in New Town St. Charles.

Brent Salter, president of Conway, Arkansas-based Engage Management—the development and property management firm behind Newbury Flats—officially marked the opening by cutting the ribbon.

St. Charles Mayor Dan Borgmeyer was on hand to formally welcome the Conway company to the community, highlighting the economic momentum and continuous growth taking place across the city.

Following the ribbon cutting, Scott Tate, president and CEO of the St. Charles Regional Chamber, presented Salter and the Engage Management team with a Chamber challenge coin in recognition of their investment in the region and commitment to local excellence.

Attendees also got an up-close look at the custom artistic enhancements incorporated into the development. Local artist and designer Zach Smithey was featured for the unique custom benches and artistic monument he created specifically for Newbury Flats, adding a distinct, creative footprint to the property grounds.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, guests were treated to a live performance by an accomplished violinist, who entertained the crowd with a pre-ceremony set before embarking on her upcoming tour with the Allman Brothers.
